Welcome to The PBE Trainer from Humanity Gaming Studios. Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the PBE Trainer mobile app and any related services or support pages that link to this notice.
Information you provide: For users age thirteen and older, we collect email, nickname, optional club name, and any feedback you send us. For sign in, email is used for account recovery and support.
Automatically collected: We collect basic app telemetry such as app version and performance events that do not identify you. Ads for eligible users may involve identifiers as explained below.
No collection in the kid safe mode: For users who confirm an age under thirteen, we do not collect personal information and we do not show ads.
We use information to provide core features such as quiz play, profiles, and leaderboards for eligible users, to secure accounts, to respond to support requests, to improve quality and performance, and to comply with legal duties.
For users thirteen and older, the app may display G rated ads through Google AdMob. We request family safe settings and limit categories. Advertisers may collect user device information and use that information to serve targeted ads. We do not share your email, username, or club name with advertisers or any other party.
We use a neutral age gate at launch. Users who indicate an age under thirteen access a limited experience with no account, no personal data collection, and no ads. Users thirteen and older can create an account and appear on leaderboards.
We do not sell personal data. Ad delivery services may collect device data for eligible users. We may also share information to comply with law or to protect users and our service.
Account data is kept while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove or de identify personal data within a reasonable time unless we must keep some data to meet legal duties or resolve disputes. Logs and telemetry that do not identify you may be kept longer for security and quality.
You can update your nickname and club in the profile. You can request account deletion and data access by contacting us. If your region grants privacy rights, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit processing. We will honor valid requests as required by law.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep it private.
Your data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. We use protections that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the destination.
The app may link to other services via ads. Their privacy practices are their own. Please review their notices.
We may update this notice to reflect product or legal changes. We will update the date above and, if changes are material, we will provide a clear in app notice.

This policy sets clear rules for usernames, nicknames, club names, and any other content created by users that can be seen by others in the app. Our goal is a positive and family friendly space for all players.
Usernames or nicknames, club names, club descriptions, profile images where supported, and any text that appears on leaderboards or public lists.
Players can report content or users in the app. We review reports, may hide content, rename a club or user, suspend features, or close accounts that break the rules. For repeated or severe issues, we may apply stronger actions.
If your content was removed or your account was limited, you can email us to request a review. Include your username, club name if relevant, and a short summary of the issue.
By creating content in the app, you give Humanity Gaming Studios a right to host and display that content in the app so the service can work. You keep your rights to your content, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
Do not include personal data about yourself or others in public content. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data that users provide through the app.
